google blogger will open it subdomain by tag.
for example; If I have defined a tag "english", so when I type "chenbo.blogspot.com/english", it will show all my posts with tag "english"
This is a specification of "del.icio.us"
Bug report: google blogger tag list, it says the tags can be arranged by frequency order or alphabetical, but in Chinese, the so-called "alphabetical" make nonesense. See what my tag list like(as show in the right)?

actually, you can use the URL like
http://yourblogdomain.blogspot.com/search/label/labelname
as a permanent link to show those posts with the same label "labelname". For example, to view all my posts with the tag "english", you can type:
http://chenbo.blogspot.com/search/label/english
In fact, google search robot stores these URL.
But, as to known now, Chinese labels doesnot work.
我也不知道为什么中文的不行。比如说当你把鼠标指向某一个中文标签的时候，可以看到浏览器的状态栏指示正是http://博客域名.blogspot.com/search/label/标签名，但是如果你把上面的地址直接输入到地址栏中，却解析不出正确的结果。
怀疑是汉字在网络中的传输方式不一样？比如有UTF-8什么的之分？
